Christ Church & St George's Church at the West End Village Show

Jul
26

This year St George’s, Christ Church and the Parish as a whole will again be a part of the West End Village Show on Saturday 24 August.  We will be offering teas in the Village Hall and the legendary cake and bread stalls in St George’s.

Last year we raised just over £1,900. We would like to do even better and welcome help from anybody with anything and for any amount of time.

Of course if you’re not sure if you can help just make it a date in your diary and come along for some simple Summer fun. And like us cross everything that the sun keeps on shining for us!

Parish of Esher Sermons

Sermons are posted on our website for people who couldn’t get to church or for those who would like to re-read what they have heard in church. We hope these will encourage you, provoke you, challenge you - and most of all cause you to think about God and about life. Please feel free to share them with anyone who might be interested, letting them know where they came from.

Are We Ready?

This year Dying Matters Awareness Week, 13-19 May, asks us this question!  It challenges us on several levels including practical ones - best faced with the help of others.

So to help us prepare we are pleased that a local funeral director will be giving a free seminar in Christ Church on Monday 13 May at 11am. All are welcome.

Refreshments provided.
