Music on the Green concert: Oliver Macfarlane, organ

Oliver Macfarlane has played the organ from an early age and won the Organ Exhibition at the Royal College of Music in his first year. Later, at the BBC as series editor of performance output, he presided over Young Musician of the Year, Maestro, opera and ballet from the Royal Opera House and the Summer Proms.

His programme will include the charming Prelude, Fugue and Variation by César Franck, followed by a major organ ‘blockbuster’, Liszt’s Fantasia & Fugue on Ad nos, ad salutarem undam.

Our lunchtime concerts remain free of charge and include a light lunch.  Bring a friend and have an enjoyable midweek break, as well as a memorable start to the New Year!
