We’ve put together pizza boxes full of fun and faith for children to take with them wherever they go this summer. There’s a blow-up beach ball, party bubbles, crayons and a wrist-band; as well as ‘Friends and Heroes’ activity sheets, colouring books and lots of other stuff. 

We've called it ‘Church-Takeaway' because, like all the best takeaways, it can be shared with others – so tuck-in and pass around the fun. And like Church it’s free – no strings attached – just a gift which we hope will spread some joy and brighten your day. Dig-in and enjoy!

My dear friends,

As you’ve probably heard by now, Christ Church will be open on Sunday morning (19 July) for a Parish Communion service at 10.30am. There will, of course, be some changes from when public worship was last held in the building back in March. Nevertheless it will, I believe, be a real moment of hope as we gather together around the table of the Lord and share in scripture and sacrament.

Here’s a list of what we all need to bear in mind:

Should you wish to receive a printed copy of a sermon text, or a copy of a service recording on CD, then please contact the Parish Office. We are also posting online our Orders of Service for each Sunday. Hopefully this will help give some context to each sermon.
