It's Stewardship Season at the Parish of Esher.
In a message to the congregation – entitled 'Cherish, Nourish, Flourish' – the Rector the Revd Darren McCallig wrote:
My hope for this season is threefold: (i) to cherish – to give thanks to God for the remarkable living-legacy of this parish, its worship life and outreach; (ii) to nourish – to draw our attention to the many green shoots of growth and fresh vitality in our church community; and (iii) to flourish – to be a vibrant parish where all are welcomed, supported and enabled to make their unique contribution to the building-up of the Kingdom of God.
